RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I do my best to ensure all orders are sent out with the highest quality standards possible, but things do happen. At the end of the day, I want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. I offer a 100% guarantee on orders and therefore, if something is wrong with your order, I will replace it within reasonable circumstances. If your order has an error, defect, shipping issue, or any other issues, I will do my best to fix the situation. Please see below for my specific return & refund policies.
Art Prints
Order Replacement:
If you are unhappy with your order quality, please send me an email stating the issue. If you provide picture evidence of the issue, whether it be a printing issue, damage from shipping, or incorrect item, I will send a new order to you as soon as possible to replace your order. If you do not send picture evidence of the issue, I will request that you send back the order to verify the defective or incorrect order. Once received and verified, I will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Order Refund:
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to request a refund without replacement, you will need to send me an email explaining the situation and you will be required to send back your order in order to receive a refund. Once I receive your order, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will be refunded the order cost, taxes, and shipping, but any transactional fees will not be refunded.
Digital Orders
Order Replacement:
If you are unhappy with your order quality, please send me an email stating the issue. I will determine if I can fix the issue and send you a new file. If I cannot or you are still unsatisfied with your order, I can issue a refund.
Order Refund:
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to request a refund without replacement, you will need to send me an email explaining the situation. Once I receive your email and verify the issue, I will refund to your original payment method. You will be refunded the order cost and taxes, but any transactional fees will not be refunded.
Commissions
Order Replacement:
Commissions do take a lot of time to complete and I will do my best to ensure that they are packaged safely and shipped through a safe method to get to you without any issues, but things can happen and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I will not replace your commission order just based on you not liking the artwork, I will remain in contact with you through the entire process and will send photos to ensure you are happy with the artwork before it is sent out. However, if your order arrives damaged from unexpected issues, please send me an email with pictures showing the issue. Upon verification of the issue, I will recreate the artwork and re-send it to you. If this happens, because it takes me time to create the artwork, there is no guarantee on a timeframe for your replacement artwork but I will do my best to get it done as quickly as possible.
Order Refund:
We will be in constant communication throughout the commission process and you will receive sketches and updates on your artwork before it is sent. Therefore, I will not be able to issue a refund for your order.
